Open your Internet Browser and go the URL http://promail.adtworld.net:8383/ which will take you to the Mail Server Login page.
Login by entering the full email address and password of the mail Administrator as provided when you signed up for your hosting service.
Once logged in as a mail Administrator a drop down menu on the top right of the screen will show new features including User Administration. On the User Administration page there are options to Add/Delete/Display users.
To create a new user click on ADD and this will take you to Add User Page where you need to enter the user’s information. The following items are required:
- User ID (first column, this will become the email address)
- Password
- Confirm Password.
Note: User ID must have altleast 3 characters minimum and should be entered without the @domainname.com
When the required details are filled in click Save at the bottom and the user is created and ready to use. |
